Delete Your Account

MedLogsRx · Account & Data Deletion

MedLogsRx, developed by Eightinity, lets you create an account to store and manage your prescriptions and medication records. You can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time using either of the methods below.

1. Delete from within the app

  1. Open the MedLogsRx app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. In the Account section, tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm when prompted — your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my MedLogsRx account". We verify ownership before processing the request. Contact: info@eightinity.in.

3. What data is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in credentials (including Google sign-in association)
  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, avatar)
  • Your medication records, dose logs, and reminders
  • Prescription scans and any images you uploaded
  • Stock/inventory data and family or caregiver entries you created

4. Data retention

  • Verified deletion requests are completed within 7–30 days
  • Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days
  • Some data may be retained longer only where required by law
